Septimal Law – Wk 16

The cycle of life is governed by the Septimal Law which basically is the Law of Sevens.  The Law of Sevens governs everything pertaining to life–days of weeks, phases of the moon, sound, light, heat, electricity, magnetism, atomic structures.  It also governs the life of individuals and of nations which influences and dominates the affairs of the world.

The seven stages include:

  1. The period of infancy
  2. The period of childhood
  3. The period of adolescence
  4. The period of full growth
  5. The period of construction
  6. The period of reactions and changes
  7. The period of reconstruction and harmony

As quoted in Liberty Zone:

The Family and Individuals Families Create

It’s families all across the land,
Each member respected trusted protectors,
That grows an individual independent and interdependent
Enabled to become self-disciplined ever-better co-creators.

It’s families all across the land
That make a nation great,
Who harmonically work together, play together,
And interdependently carries its own weight.

It’s families all across the land
That make a nation strong,
Who pray together, stay together,
Where everyone belongs.

It’s families all across the land
That make a nation proud,
Who live together, give together,
So none will be without.

It’s families that create powerful individuals,
Who by new ideas and courageous actions forge their own fate
That generate perpetual prosperity for self and all posterity,
Where well-regulated families create and sustain a free state.

It’s families all across the land,
Each doing its own part,
That will make a nation live or die,
For the family is its heart.

In the end, It is the families that build a free state that make a nation.  In our recent election, we saw a great resurgence to reconstruct and make our country great again.  Our nation is experiencing the pains of transferring out of the period of reactions and changes into the period of reconstruction, adjustment, and recuperation.  America is more keenly divided in practically every social, political, and religious categories.  It will take a strong leader with great vision and capable advisors to lead this country back to a harmonious, strong, peaceful, and prosperous culture.

It is with great anticipation for this to be accomplished with the skills that President Trump brings to the table with his great knowledge in building businesses, working with countries and diverse cultures that we can rebuild confidence in the American dream.  We have the greatest country in the world but, as we found out, it is vulnerable to annihilation within a generation.  We need to guard against those who want to dismantle our Constitution and Bill of Rights which is our national heritage as citizens of the United States of America.

As quoted in the introduction in Master Key – Part Sixteen, “Those familiar with these cycles will not be disturbed when things seem to go wrong, but can apply the principle outlined in these lessons with the full assurance that a higher law will invariably control all other laws, and that through an understanding and conscious operation of spiritual laws, we can convert every seeming difficulty into a blessing.”

INSIGHT – FORSIGHT Wk-15

“Insight is a faculty of the mind whereby we are enabled to examine facts and conditions at long range, a kind of human telescope; it enables us to understand the difficulties, as well as the possibilities in any undertaking.” Master Keys 15:31

The older we get, the more aware that we are a sum total of our thoughts.  If we don’t like the path we are traveling in life, we have the power to change our direction by making pivotal changes in our thoughts which steer our actions.  Just like driving down the road, we can see and anticipate our actions by the direction we go.  For example,  If there is an intersection with a stop light, we anticipate that we will be stopping there if it turns red; or we may anticipate that someone else will not stop and hit us because of what may have happened in the past.  But we know that we have to go this direction in order to get to our destination.

“Insight enables us to be prepared for the obstacles which we shall meet; we can therefore overcome them before they have any opportunity of causing difficulty.” Master Keys 15:32

Preparation is always the key in handling obstacles that come our way either face-on or blind-sided.  The skills taught in Master keys are very instrumental in helping to overcome difficulties that could have side-lined us in the past.

“Insight enables us to plan to advantage and turn our thought and attention in the right direction, instead of into channels which can yield no possible return.” Master Keys 15:33

With daily habits that build up our character with intention, we are able to master the quality of facing each day and person we meet with love in our heart.  Love never fails.  It is stronger than hate, and softer than silk.  It is the attraction that is needed for personal growth and maturity.

“Insight is therefore absolutely essential for the development of any great achievement, but with it we may enter, explore and possess any mental field.”  Master Key 15:34

The world is open to us for what ever we desire.  When we set limits on our potential, we do not go further than what is set.  When we shatter those limitations within our mind and soul, the world opens up to limitless opportunities.

Personally, my insight has developed by having a close relationship with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  He knows all, and knows me personally as He is my Creator.  He has a plan for me and directs me as I lean on Him for direction.  Yes, I have gone through various trials, but that has only helped me become wise as I examine facts and conditions that come my way.

Rewards of Intentional Acts – Wk 14

When I watched the movie Rudy showing a mother lovingly doing simple but intentional acts of kindnesses for her grown son who obviously has cerebral palsy, it made me realize that our kids become the sum of our belief in them.  Her son, Bill Porter, is getting ready to go to an interview for a job, and he is all decked out in a suit and tie with a dress hat.  Even though he cannot even button his shirt, tie his tie or his shoe laces, he gains his confidence from his mother that he can do this job because she believes in him.  She talked in glowing detail about how his now deceased dad was the greatest salesman ever and that he was so handsome…and that Bill looked just like him.

As Bill went outside because he was turned down from the job interview, he looked across the street to see his mother glance at him with expectation of getting the job.  That glance gave him added determination to march back in and demand to have the opportunity to sell in an area that nobody was ever successful in.  That landed him being a salesman for Watkins in a very dysfunctional area where there was high incidences of drug and alcohol abuse; neighbors not getting along, and every display of loneliness and human struggle.   Even though the public initially look at him as imperfect (which physically cannot be denied), they displayed more internal imperfections.  As Bill patiently and persistently developed relationships with each person and family, he was able to make a difference in the neighborhood through his acts of kindnesses of wit and insight.

Later in life the impact of his display of internal belief in himself as ‘whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and loving‘ was revealed through a front-page newspaper write-up honoring him as a Door-to-Door Salesman.  He also got an award for being the top salesman of the company.  As time passed, modern technology took over in the sales department but it lacked the personal touch with people that truly makes for being a great salesman.

I loved this biographical movie showed how a everyone has an effect on another person’s life whether positive or negative.  That is why its so important to be non-judgmental and have a core of consistent love and belief in oneself and others.

Power-Dare-Do – Week 12

We are God’s master piece and He delights in us.

Anyone who has involvement with another person whether it is coaching, parenting, instructional,  and/or encouraging, will find themselves following the principles of the 1. knowledge of your power, 2. the courage to dare,  and 3. the faith to do in helping another person stretch past their comfort zone to achieve a greater potential.

As a mother of 6, I have watched my children explore their boundaries with curiosity and ease. When they tended to pull back from taking greater risks, I would step in and pad the floor with pillows so that it would soften their landing as I encouraged them to jumped one step higher…and then another.

I knew that they were capable of doing more before they knew it.  It was my job to give them the power to believe that they could also do more than what they believed they could. When they learned that they lived through the dare of taking risks in small things, then it became easier for them to do more.

As they accomplished each challenge with a sense of pride and zeal, they search for more of “all that they can be.”

Chapter 12.4b in Master Key Master Mind Alliance states, “The only way to keep from going backward is to keep going forward.  Eternal viligence is the price of success.  There are three steps, and each one is absolutely essential.  You must first have the knowledge of your power; second, the courage to dare; third, the faith to do.”

I, personally, have found that somewhere along the line in wrapping myself in the life of my children, I forgot the accomplishments in my own life until we had to write them down on index cards and review them. My one sentence Definite Major Purpose gives me the focus and clarity to believe that I have the power to courageously dare to accomplish in faith all that I can be.

This is a great reminder that “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

The Core of Truth – Wk 10

The core of truth begins with a thought. It then demands to understand its origins.

While colorful and expressive passionate peptides are important to keep motivated in the goals and dreams that we have designed for our future, there is also the opposite scope of developing ‘thick skin’ in researching the truth.  Similar to the yin and yang of things.

There is great freedom to think impersonally in understanding that there is no effect without an adequate cause.    When a person just seeks the truth in any given situation, he is free to follow the path of truth no matter where it leads all the way to the end.  When a person has finished this search for truth in any given area, and then expresses this truth to others when asked, there is no internal entanglements of  wondering whether or not the truth is valid or not.  This truth is expressed with no apologies as it is based on fact.

The fun begins now in expressing this validated truth with creativity and harmony.  Harmony is found in service.  Give more, get more.

I personally needed to put  some thought into understanding truth as that is the basis for belief.  I see evidence every day of people who act out on beliefs that have no merit or are baseless in truth. What you think about grows.  It magnifies in your own life.  You decide what grows whether its negative or positive.  That is why it is so important that it be truth

Our thoughts become who we are, and that is why it is so important to understand what is truth when developing the core of who we are.

A Mind Reader? – Wk 9

Is Mark J. a mind reader?

It seemed like the struggle I had last week with my subby revealing to me that there was ‘something’ that I had to come to terms with.  Believe me, subby knows when you are pretending to believe or needing to change a habit, even before we understand what it is…and that is what had paralyzed me last week.  I had to find out what I was kidding myself about or denying its presence.  My thoughts could not get beyond cracking through this veneer.

Then Mark said that it was imperative that we pick a partner for your NWM profession.  Find someone that will encourage you to follow through on what you will do each day. Share your DMP and the combinations you are implementing in the natural course of the day.  Everybody! Connect!

That was it!  I had to connect with someone in my upper up-line if I was going to go beyond this stalemate.  I contacted one person and he told me what I needed to do, but I needed to contact another to get the information to complete the assignment. Even though there was a Thanksgiving holiday mixed into this week, I was able to complete what I had to do today.  That makes me happy and I feel FREE!

As stated in Master Key 9:6 “To think correctly, accurately, we must know the “Truth.”  The truth then is the underlying principle in every business or social relation.  It is a condition precedent to every right action.”

Truth is mighty and will prevail.   MK 9:17 states, “He who has learned to bring the greatest spiritual truths into touch with the so called lesser things of life has discovered the secret of the solution of his problem.”

green-solutions-word-shows-success-and-strategy-stock-image-321714_batch10_135-m

What I have learned is not to be afraid of that frozen feeling because it will soon be revealed what is necessary to crack through the next layer of ice.  This then will bring me closer to my Definite Major Purpose.

“Yes! I am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious, and Happy!”

FROZEN – Week 8

FROZEN.

I feel frozen in my mind and body.  Yes, everything is difficult before it get easier; and every new experience feels uncomfortable before it’s comfortable—running like a smooth oiled machine.

I know what to do, and do it.  I know what to say, and say it.  Feeling frozen just tells me that subby is trying to get my attention as there is something that I need to attend to in order to press forward.  I feel very grateful for having the tools to pry this out of the my encased shell.

frozen-sculpture

Since I don’t have time for the ‘Spring thaw’, I take the mallet out and start chipping away.

From now on I take full responsibility and ownership of my life.  I make the calls, do the follow up, decide the outcomes I want.  I can’t change the past, but I can re-direct the future.  The profession I am in has limitless potential, and I am taking full responsibility of its results.

Yes, there are certain things that are not ideal, but that doesn’t matter any more as I gather power from within and strength from my Lord, I have all that it takes to overcome this shell of ice.

THE SEVEN DAY MENTAL DIET – Week 7

These next 2 weeks we were challenged to have no opinions.  I knew that I would have to wait to start this challenge after the Presidential Elections because this was a very electrifying year that would determine the direction our country would take by the candidate that would win.

What is the Mental Diet?

It is for seven days I must not allow myself to dwell for a single moment on any kind of negative thought.  By dedicating seven consecutive days of solely developing this new habit is the most significant week in my whole life; nothing can possibly remain the same.

So what is considered negative thinking?

As quoted in ‘The Seven Day Mental Diet’ by Emmet fox “a negative thought is any thought of failure, disappointment, or trouble; any thought of criticism, or spite, or jealousy, or condemnation of others, or self-condemnation; any thought of sickness or accident; or, in short, any kind of limitation or pessimistic thinking.

How is it possible to reframe from thinking negative thoughts?

Well, according to the Law of Substitution as one of the Seven Laws of the Mind, we cannot think about 2 things at the same time.  If a negative thought enters your mind, try to think about God instead.  Jesus said in Matthew 5:39, “That ye resist not evil, but whosoever smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also”…so just turn from a negative thought and think of something else.  The mind is created in such a special way that it cannot contain two thoughts at one time.  A person can be aware of the negativity around her, but yet not be part of it through the Law of Substitution.

Love is the greatest weapon of all negativity.  Love applauds your enemies and they become your friends.  Love is not critical but builds bridges around hearts so that your love can enter their soul.  By reacting with love for others no matter what they do or say, we repulse the arrows of hate and the spears of anger. This is a good example of how to use the Law of Substitution.

Why is controlling negative thoughts important?

It comes down to ‘choice.’  I choose all the conditions of my life when I choose the thoughts which I allow my mind to think about.  It is imperative to train myself to choose my thoughts as my thoughts lay the groundwork for success in every area of life.  It becomes ever clearer why the scriptures state, “We are transformed by the renewing of our minds.”     After all, all thoughts have a destiny as previously described in my last blog.  When we control our thoughts, we control our destiny.

Every Thought Has a Destiny – Week 6

Every Thought has a Destiny

Just as our Heavenly Father had a thought that He would really enjoy having a being worship Him because they truly love Him; He created us in His likeness bestowing upon us His love and devotion, giving to us all that we need and desire.  In anticipation of this special creation, they created a special place for us to live with all the embellishments to enjoy.

We were created by the Best…To Do Our Best…For the Best…

Since the beginning there has never been another person with your mind, your heart, your eyes, your ears, your hands, your mouth. You are valuable and have unlimited potential.  We are not on this earth by chance. We are here for a purpose.  We are the Lord’s greatest miracle.  We have been given eyes to see and a mind to think and perceive that all problems, discouragements, and heartaches are great opportunities in disguise.  We need to keep our focus on the Lord.  Our Lord’s opponent will use people in their sin to distract our purpose in serving the Lord.  A crisis of faith may develop if we start doubting God’s love and His unique way of drawing all men unto Him.  Please stay firm in your faith.

We are the sum total of our thoughts.  With each thought comes

choices.  We are where we are, who we are, and why we are

through a series of thoughts we have honed and developed into

actions.  As Margaret Thatcher’s father stated,

“What are your thoughts, they become your words.

What are your words, they become your actions.

What are your actions, they become your habits.

What are your habits, they become your character.

What is your character, so it becomes your destiny.”

Everything begins with a thought and ends with your destiny. Words do mean something. “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.” Colossians 3:17

I Can Be What I Will To Be – Week 4

I can be what I will to be.

As Dave Ramsey says, “If you want to be skinny, you do what skinny people do.  If you want to be a millionaire, you do what millionaires do.”

Sounds so simple.  There are so many aspirations one faces in a lifetime. The reality is that everyone has the capability to be what they want to be.
Thought is energy and energy is power.  Therefore, it is crucial to be very conscious of the thoughts that flow through your being.  Our creator gives us the choice of life or death, blessing or curses.  He has also given us through the incredible power in our minds, the ability to act on these choices and transform our world.

ImageProxy.mvc

God has given us through the incredible power in our minds, the ability to act on these choices and transform our world, explains Dr. Caroline Leaf.  Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is good, and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
Nothing is impossible with God.  Matthew 19:26  “But Jesus beheld them and said unto them, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
If we want spiritual and mental growth, it is imperative that we affirm daily that “I can be what I will to be”, and continue with affirmations until a habit is formed.

However, BEWARE of what thoughts you are planting in your mind.

Master Key 4:12 talks about that once a project is started, it must be completed. If we do not complete what we start, or make a resolution and do not keep it, we are forming the habit of failure; absolute, ignominious failure!  If you do not intend to do a thing, do not start!  if you do start, see it through even if the heavens fall! if you make up your mind to do something, do and let nothing, no one, interfere!  The “I” in you has determined, the thing is settled; the die is cast, there is no longer any argument.

As Dr. Caroline Leaf explains, “As soon as we make a decision or choose, we collapse a probability into an actuality.  Through our choices, things happen.  Nothing happens until we choose.  This is the powerful, sound mind God has given us.  The Observer Effect is set in motion each time we think and make a choice.  Choice is real with real consequences.”

I can be what I will to be.
