Our assignment this week is to go into silence for 2-3 days with no talking, no cell phone or TV, and no computer.  It becomes just you, your thoughts, and silence…but how can it be silence when your thinking is more intense than ever before.

This experience also collided with the reading of Self-Reliance” by Ralph Waldo Emmerson, and listening to the recitation of “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace D. Wattles.

Basically, Emmerson challenges us to know ourselves internally in every way.  Don’t disregard the flash of thought that comes to our mind as it holds the truth revealed to you.  “In every work of genius we recognize our own rejected thoughts: they come back to us with a certain alienated majesty.”  Don’t dismiss them or tomorrow we may hear a stranger “say with masterly good sense precisely what we have thought and felt all the time, and we shall be forced to take with shame our own opinion from another.”

When we put our heart into our work and do our best, we experience a great accomplishment which gets layered upon other accomplishments; and this in turn builds confidence that the universe is full and good as God will not have his work manifested by cowards.

Trust thyself; every  heart vibrates to that iron string.  God gives each of us a specific and unique set of circumstances that make us who we are.  “Accept the place the divine providence has found for you, the society of your contemporaries, the connection of events.  Great men have always done so.”

We are reminded that to look upon the appearance of poverty will produce corresponding forms in your own mind unless you hold to the truth that there is no poverty; there is only abundance.  What we think about grows. Give more, get more.

God, the One substance, is trying to live and do and enjoy things through humanity.  He is saying, “I want hands to build wonderful structures, to play divine harmonies, to paint glorious pictures; I want feet to run my errands, eyes to see my beauties, tongues to tell mighty truths and sing marvelous songs.”  All that there is of possibility is seeking expression through men.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

  1. Believe that there is one intelligence from which all things proceed.”
  2. Believe that this power gives you everything you desire.
  3. You relate yourself to it by a feeling of deep and profound gratitude.

“Draw nigh unto God and He will draw nigh onto you.”  You cannot exercise much power without gratitude; for it’s gratitude that keeps you connected with power.  When we fix our mind on the BEST is to surround yourself with the BEST, and then become the BEST.

Also, FAITH is born of GRATITUDE.  The grateful mind continually expects good things, and expectations becomes FAITH.  “Whatsoever things you ask for when ye pray, BELIEVE that ye receive them.”  Matthew 21:22

Put your whole mind into present ACTION.  Act NOW.  There is never anytime but now.  And there never will be anytime but now.  Don’t bother wondering whether yesterday’s work was well done or ill done; do today’s work well.  Do NOT try to do tomorrow’s work now; there will be plenty of time to do that when you get to it.  If there is something that may be done today, and you do not do it, you have failed in so far as that thing is concerned; and the consequences may be more disastrous than you imagine.

You  cannot foresee the results of even the most trivial act; you do not know the workings of all the forces that have been set moving in your behalf.   Much may be depending on your doing some simple act; it may be the very thing which is to open the door of opportunity to very great possibilities.  DO EVERY DAY ALL THAT CAN BE DONE THAT DAY!

  • Don’t over work
  • Don’t do tomorrow’s work today
  • Don’t do a week’s work in a day
  • Don’t be inefficient

I am still meditating on how to be more ‘efficient.’ But  I encourage you to put yourself on the list to take care of yourself.  This shows love you have for others that care for you; it shows that you matter; and that your story is important.  Yes, it is important to KNOW THYSELF.

Nrf2 – Week 22

Specialized Knowledge

In the Franklin Makeover this week, my character awareness is Specialized Knowledge which just happens to correspond with our reading in the Master Keys Lesson 22.   This may get very dry scientifically and technically but I have been studying about how unique are our cells, and more precisely, the importance of Nrf2.

22.15  Every cell in your body is intelligent and will respond to your direction.  The cells are all ImageProxy.mvccreators and will create the exact pattern which you give them.

While the Master Keys goes on to explain that every element of the human body is the result of a rate of vibration which is controlled by mental action…high and low…positive and negative; and  as these millions of repair cells are all intelligent and respond to our thought, so long as we do not interfere with thoughts of fear, doubt, and anxiety, the result is perfect.

I’m going to digress a little into study of a protein –Nrf2– located in every cell of our body.  It is very important to its function and viability of our organs.

Science shows that Nrf2 activation is the cutting edge medical science topic in the world right now, and big Pharmaceutical companies and other natural supplements manufacturers are scrambling to catch up!

Every second of every day of our lives, our cells are bombarded by toxins that are produced when we consume food, absorb chemicals from our personal care products, and take in oxygen.  These toxins, known as oxidants or free radicals, wreak havoc on all the components of our cells.

Dr. Joe McCord, world renowned scientist and pioneer in free radical biology, explains  that our bodies were designed to eliminate free radicals by the activity of a specific group of enzymes produced inside our cells, called antioxidant enzymes, which include Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Catalase, and Glutathione.

Dr. McCord was awarded the Elliot Cressan Medal from the Franklin Institute for the discovery of SOD putting him in the same company with Pierre and Marie Curie, Alexander Graham Bell, Orville Wright and Henry Ford.

What is Oxidative Stress?

Oxidative stress is damage to the cells of your body.  MUTATIONS:  Changes NORMAL cells to ABNORMAL ones.  It happens  because of the overabundance of toxins in our food, water, air, personal care products, cleaning products, EMF’s from our cell phones, and the free radicals in our bodies are raging out of control because our bodies simply can no longer keep up – they’ve worked themselves right into exhaustion!

When free radicals are more rampant than antioxidant enzymes, then those free radicals bounce around inside the body, causing damage to all of our cells.  This cellular damage is called oxidative stress. The problem?  Oxidative stress leads to malfunction, disease, and accelerated aging.  Yep, that’s a problem!  And EVERYBODY has it!

Critical to the fight against oxidative stress is the transcription factor (a protein messenger) called nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2, or Nrf2, found in every cell of the body.

Nrf2 is referred to as the “master regulator” of the antioxidant response, regulating the expression of hundreds of genes, including the familiar antioxidant enzymes SOD, Catalase, and Glutathione, as well as large numbers of genes that control other ‘survival’ processes such as immune system and inflammatory responses, tissue remodeling and fibrosis, carcinogenesis and metastasis, and even cognitive dysfunction and addictive behavior.

Thus, the lack of regulation of Nrf2-regulated genes (because Nrf2 is inactive due to an overwhelmed, exhausted body) provides a logical explanation for the connections between oxidative stress and perhaps 200 human illnesses and diseases.

Well, now that I have completely overwhelmed everyone with Specialized Knowledge in the cell realm, let’s abbreviate the talking points.

  • Nrf2 regulates the body’s survival genes and processes.
  • If Nrf2 isn’t active, then survival genes and processes aren’t regulated.
  • If survival genes and processes aren’t regulated, then things like oxidative stress, out-of-control inflammation, lacking or over-active immune system responses, out-of-control fibrotic responses, the creation and spread of cancer cells, brain/neurological dysfunction, and addictive behavior, are all likely results.

Currently, there are over 3,000 published medical studies on Nrf2, from medical universities all over the world, all of which you can see at, researching topics such as Nrf2 and cancer, Nrf2 and heart disease, Nrf2 and diabetes, Nrf2 and oxidative stress, Nrf2 and arthritis, Nrf2 and Parkinson’s disease, Nrf2 and MS…just search the disease of your choice and see how it is related with Nrf2.

The Solution

So what is the solution to Oxidative Stress?  Dr. Joe McChord developed a supplement that activates our own cellular Nrf2, instructing the cell to make more protective, survival-related enzymes. While direct antioxidants ( Vitamin 3, Vitamin E, Blueberries, Acai Berries) eliminates free radicals 1:1, this supplement increases the enzymes in your body that can eliminate 1,000,000 free radicals per second, every second.  Some of these enzymes that get turned on in our body—for example Glutathione, Catalase, and SOD—fight ‘oxidative stress.’

This supplement is the only product ‘Clinically Proven’ to reduce oxidative stress by an average of 40% in everyone within the first 30 days of daily use.  (free radica biol med. 2006 Jan.15; 40 (2) 34 1-7): University of Colorado.  It is protected by 7 patents to keep its integrity.

The name of this supplement is Protandim.  It also has been reviewed and validated by investigators in the laboratories of highly respected universities and institutions of research and additional studies are under way around the world to test its efficacy and capabilities.

Master Key 22.27  There can be no doubt that few patients are aware how much they can do for themselves.  What the patient can do for himself, the forces he can set in motion are as yet unknown.  We are inclined to believe that they are far greater than most imagine…

Adversity for Good? – Week 21

As Mark Januszewski has instructed us in Master Key Master Minds, “We use every adversity for a greater good or accomplishment.”

We have been instructed to use fear, anger, hurtful feelings, unworthiness, and guilt as a tool to live the life we choose.  The miracles start by stop paying attention to ourselves and notice others around us.  We are to use the negative feelings above as a fulcrum to manifest different results.

I have found a video that I believe portrays all of what Mark J. is trying to draw out of us.  I hope you enjoy it.

DNA Tells All – Week 20

Part Two of the recap of the movie I AM

In watching several crime shows that investigate the evidence left by criminals, I have learned that whatever we touch we leave our DNA.  This is all supported by science.  DNA tells all about who we are genetically.

As further explained in the movie, I AM by Tom Shadyach, science has now discovered several elements in how we work, how the world works, and how we are all a part of the energy field.

Einstein said that the energy field is the only reality.  He and other noted scientists came up with a hypothesis that he called, “spooky action at a distance.”  It involved two electrons that had a connection with each other, then went off in different directions at infinite distances.  They noticed that when the spin of one electron changed, the spin of the dissonant electron would change also simultaneously which is also known as Quantum entanglement.  This re-establishes that we are not separate but are all connected and we are dealing with the fabric of society where the threads of matter responds to emotions…spooky.

Yogurt Has Feelings

The scientist from The Institute of Heartmath demonstrated this to Tom Shadyach by sitting him at a table in front of a petri dish with a scoop of yogurt with live cultures. This is my absolute most favorite experiment I have witnessed and I just have to share it. The yogurt was connected to a voltmeter with two electrodes placed in it.  The needle of the voltmeter is registering straight up with little movement.  The scientist told Tom to think of something that brings emotion to him.  He mentioned that he was going to see his agent after this segment was over.

The needle immediately shifted to the right! Tom is not connected to the yogurt yet the yogurt sensed the emotions of Tom meeting with his agent and registered this on the voltmeter.  Tom then offhandedly mentioned that he had to meet with his lawyer soon and the needle on the voltmeter buried itself to the right as he faced it. This is astounding and may be similar to what Einstein saw.

What is the connection?  This re-establishes that we are not separated but are connected and we are dealing with the fabric of society where the threads of matter responds to emotions.  Electrodes connect to the yogurt live bacteria.  Scientists don’t know how we are connected to the yogurt through emotions, but the fact is that we do affect each others heart and emotions.

Numbers Demand Order

Another experiment was done with just numbers.  They took an electronic devise with numbers in random order.  The numbers were then connected to positive or negative emotions or events; immediately the numbers ceased to be random but arranged themselves in orderly arrangement.

This portrays that there is something about your subconscious awareness that creates your reality.  Conscious is somehow linked into the quantum world.  Reality is not an it…it takes form when we put emotion into it.  We are connected with all life .

The bond in Argon

In the chemistry world, Argon, located in air, does not interact with any other chemical and does not dissipate, change in form, or go away but is in every breath we take which infuses with the same breath that Jesus,  Joan of Arc, and great leviathans breathed, as well as all others who inhabited the earth.

Just being here calls for celebration.  Science is finally catching up with religion.  If we are truly connected, how do we change things?  How do I bring out the good in you?

The Power of One

It is through several tiny acts built upon each other that causes change within a society.  “It was easy to love God in all that was beautiful.  The lessons of deeper knowledge, though, instruct me to embrace God in all things.” Francine of the Cicci

Dahli Lama states, “What is the most important meditation we can do now?  Critical thinking followed by action.  Figure out where our talents lie.  Discern what your world is.  Know the plot, the scenario of this human drama and then figure out where your talents might fit in to make a better world.  Each of us must do something that makes our heart sing because nobody will want to do it with us  if we are not passionate and inspired.”

Every word we say to another human has an effect but we don’t know it.  Change comes about with tiny acts.  The power of one…everyone has the power of one.   Just do something!

Love is in Our DNA

This post is a re-cap of the movie, “I AM” where it started out by asking what is wrong with our world and ended up by telling what is right with the world within ourselves in sympathy, compassion, and empathy.  That is the mystery of the human heart.

None of us are neutral in what we do because we cast our vote by what we do and by what we don’t do.  All things are connected and one.  The way we treat each other…we cannot separate even the way we treat our friends from our enemies.  Love is not just Utopia.  Love is real.  Love is scientific.  LOVE IS IN OUR DNA.

There were several emotions that ran through me as I watched this movie, but what really struck me big time was the fact that the scientists can’t yet explain this phenomenon…they are just recording what is and ended it on the fact that everything is connected with LOVE.  I will just list briefly truths that are spelled out in the scriptures:

  • God IS love (noun)
  • God is the creator  Genesis
  • God LOVES us (verb) John 3:16
  • God is the God of order and peace I Corinthians 14:33
  • ‘And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM… Exodus 3:15

If we as mere human beings can leave our DNA in what ever we touch, how can we not connect our creator to all that He has created?  The end statement of the movie is that LOVE IS IN OUR DNA.

I have seen other scientific commentaries testify that there is a God gene in everything.  Could that God gene be LOVE?

“That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Colossians 2:2-3

The Heart is Smart – Week 19

The Heart is Smart!  One of the great things about reading scripture everyday is the fact that we know this because:

  • out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks…Matt 12:34
  • with the heart man believes…Romans 10:10
  • epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men…2 Cor 3:2-3

There is an endless amount more I could write on that.  What is now being proven by science is what the Bible has declared … that our heart is smart and controls our actions, what we think,  and it is where our treasure lies.

Heart Cardiology by freedigitalphotos

Heart Cardiology by freedigitalphotos

One of our Master Keys assignments is to watch the movie ‘I AM’ produced by Tom Shadyach who is best known for  his directing of Ace Ventura.  I AM is the story of his journey to tell people what he had come to know after facing death.  He started by asking two rarely asked questions:

  1. What’s wrong with our world?
  2. What can we do about it?

Basically, if humanity is going to survive, it is going to require a substantial new way of thinking.  Science tells of everything working in a reliable way, and in the past it was believed that if it can’t be seen, touched, heard, or tasted then it doesn’t exist.

There is something fundamentally different between us and machines.  We build our business based on scarcity which creates a need  for our product.

The truth is that if you are naked, hungry, and cold in a snow storm, you are unhappy.  Then someone finds you, invites you into their home, offers you a set of clothes to put on and sit next to the fire with a warm bowl of soup. Now you are happy with very little stuff.

The lie is that the more stuff you get, the happier you will be…the perpetual bliss.  We must be suspicious of what we want.  You dig pits for others, and you will fall in; you plot and end up in prison.  This is a form of getting infected with ‘wheticle’ which is an Indian term for ‘one who eats the life of another.’

The big question is what about love, compassion, kindness, empathy…seems to be the most important question.  What is mankind’s  basic nature?  Is the essential nature of humans to cooperate or dominate?  Have a kingdom or a democracy.  The highest culture is democracy.

Human nature is seen to be competitive.  But reality is democracy is being played out in nature.  Competition is survival of the fittist; cooperation is when we do this, where do we do this, who tells us to do this, and how do we do this?  Generally, 51% makes up the majority and they take the rule.

Sympathy is the strongest quality in the nature of humans. What we have that is uniquely special to the humans is MIRRORED NEURONS.  This is what we feel internally when we see another suffer, we feel their pain.  We are geared to feel what other people feel.  The big parts of our nervous system is our brain which puts little chemicals in our blood streams that creates a connectivity to the community.  This shows that we are hardwired to have compassionate response to others.  When people see a need it creates the endorphins in our system that causes us to be our brother’s keeper.  We then get a deep sense of contentment and ectacy.

The Institute of Heartmath has studied the human heart and have found that contrary to belief that the mind controls the body, instead it is discovered that 90-95% of the nerves sends messages from the heart to the brain.  In reality the heart sends a lot more information to the brain than the brain to the heart.  The heart really is the boss of us.

Within the heart there is the interstitial beat of the heart and then there is the pause.  The pause carries a lot of information which tells us the emotion of the person…love, care, passion; it beats out an optimal state of messages.  The positive states renews our physiology.  It is good for us.  It is the optimal state which creates harmony and clear thinking.  The heart is a carrier wave.  It turns out that the emotions are modulating the heart signals.

If it is sending out a stressful pattern, it creates a negative emotional state.  It limits our brain where we can’t think clearly and our thinking becomes inhibited.  That is why anger makes us stupid.

Positive emotions increases our whole function better in empathy, harmony, love, and compassion rather than separation.  The heart is considered to be the center of self, not the brain.  The heart contains an intelligence.  The heart is smart.

When the heart beats it generates a large electromagnetic field.  So that field generated by the heart radiates external to the body that is measurable and it can have a physiological effect.  Our heart may be able to predict the future.  Somehow the body can respond through intuitive information 3-5 seconds into the future called pre-feeling.  The heart is the first system to know this intuitive information.  The heart really is the primary access point to the spirit.

This is part one of a two part series.  So this will be continued in the next post.

The Washington Seahawks won their first Super Bowl ever!  Many people thought it couldn’t be done with the small quarterback they have on their team. But greatness apparently comes in small packages for this team with Russell Wilson as their quarterback who was their inspiration for success.  As Shelly Graham stated in her blog, it all started with his father who believed in him and said, “Why not you?”  He then transferred that belief to his teammates when he told them that “someone is going to win the Superbowl, why not US?”

Our Master Keys Lesson 18.25 states, “It is clear, therefore, that thoughts of abundance will respond only to similar thoughts, the wealth of the individual is seen to be what he inherently is.  Affluence within is found to be the secret of attraction for affluence without.  The ability to produce is found to be the real source of wealth of the individual.  It is for this reason that he who has his heart in his work is certain to meet with unbounded success.  He will give and continually give; and the more he gives, the more he will receive.”

It matters not what others think in what you can or cannot do.  All that matters is what you think you can do.  This class has  shown us illustration after illustration the hero’s journey of people who have taken a noticeable handicap and determined in their heart and every fiber of their being to  create a pathway for success.

As I take this hero’s journey, I know that my handicap has been not knowing what SKILLS I needed to develop for what I desired most in this life.  Master Keys Master Mind and Go90Grow taught by Mark J and his fabulous wife, Davene, has filled in that gap and given me the tools needed to develop my business by first showing me how to create successful habits, thoughts, and belief in myself.

“I can be what I will to be.  I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.  I always keep my promises.”

What Am I Pretending to Know? Week 17 HJ

What am I pretending to know?

After Mark J told the Master Key Master Mind class to put that statement on the top of our stack of index cards to be reviewed everyday, I just felt numb.  It was similar to a big ‘wake-up call’ in who’s kidding who.  It felt like I had just swallowed a vial of truth serum that will not let me fudge on any answers.  What am I pretending to know?

Flowers Black by Idea go

In creating a beautiful art masterpiece, there needs to be a blueprint where a person starts with a clean slate whether it is with canvas, granite, plaster, or marble.  Then the basic tone or form is set for the start of the project.

That basic form was me when I first joined Master Keys Master Mind.  Through the various stages of life, I had developed my likes, dislikes, pet-peeves, opinions and judgments all intermingling with associative experiences.  This was the basic canvas that met Mark J on day one of class.  Week by week he demonstrated his unfailing love and devotion to us in believing in us (when we were not capable to believe in ourselves) that we are whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.

As we gained belief that we can be what we will to be because I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me and when we give more we get more, our primary focus starts to re-align itself from being totally centered on ourselves to promising to keep these 4 promises of giving to others without expectation of reciprocity showing no opinion or judgment.  Upon this comes the brush strokes of our makeover by concentrating on the virtues of life in self-control, kindness, organization, courage, discipline, persistence, specialized knowledge, decisiveness, taking initiative, cooperation, pleasing personality, enthusiasm, and showing the love of God.

What am I pretending to know?  That is like the fine lines of definition that creates an image that is no longer blurry but clearly defines purpose and shape.  It is like asking the Lord to reveal in your inner self something that needs correction which you are not aware of and know that when it is revealed, you won’t necessarily like it but know that its revelation gives you the power to change its course.

Awareness is the beginning of change.   What we think about grows and we become what we think about all the time…recognize, relate, assimilate and apply.  Onward and upward.

We are the Champions! Week 17

As my husband and I were traveling over the snowy mountain passes in southern Oregon, we started discussing the carefully engineered lessons learned in the Master Key Master Mind Alliance.  What I already knew before the class started is that our creator made each of us uniquely different and I have given my heart and life over to the service of my Lord Jesus Christ.  We have also been in the teachings of the church since childhood and daily have our personal devotions so we know the scriptures fairly well.

Mark J. told us that this course is not set out to change who we are but to develop us more into what we were created to be. This statement has carried me through this class as I twisted and turned at each juncture in the formation of better habits through discipline which are the keys to success.

Step by step, layer by layer more character building attributes were added to our weekly tasks.  With daily affirmations of ‘I will greet this day with love in my heart’ gives demonstration how to show in silence through my eyes to each person I come in contact that ‘I love you.’  Added to this are the 4 promises of love that I repeat each day which gives another added dimension of demonstrating love for others.  Then to make sure that I am in compliance with what I am endeavoring to manifest in my life, I site the Gal in the Glass at the end of the day with an added statement of ‘I love you Cyndria Coaty.’  Sometimes we forget to love ourselves or feel like we are not worthy of our own love.

What a great way to actively demonstrate the application of the commandment ‘…Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.’  Matthew 22: 39b

The continual study of the Master Keys Master Mind, The World’s Greatest Salesman, The 7 Laws of the Mind, Emerson’s Law, 7 Day Mental Diet (which I am still on), and the determination to persist until I succeed resonates in high harmonic decibels of music in my heart that ‘I can be what I want to be’ and ‘I am whole, perfect,  strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy.’

Awareness is the beginning of change.  We become what we think about.  Putting to music our Definite Major Purpose, our Press Release, the Blue Print Builder and listening to ‘The Strangest Secret’ by Earl Nightingale is like putting on my dancing shoes in celebration of my life.

Now in class we are integrating the exercises of developing virtues of self-control, kindness, organization, courage, discipline, persistence, specialized knowledge, decisiveness, taking initiative, cooperation, pleasing personality, enthusiasm, and showing the love of God to others.  I actually have a very close friend that says she senses I have the protection of God around me because when she tries to tease me as before it just boomerangs back to her.  Not sure what all this means except that as my personality becomes more professional in what I do, some things just become different.

Can it get any better than this?  Oh, Yeah…

Throughout the 17 weeks of this 26-week course, Mark J’s belief in us that we ARE God’s greatest miracle transcends effortlessly through the computer screen into our hearts that we have unlimited potential to be the hero in our own life as we commit to the progression by daily…

1.       Write out 3 gratitudes

2.       Write 1 great experience

3.       Keep spotting kindnesses

4.       Sit for 15 – 20 minutes in quiet meditation of life’s ideal as an already existing fact

5.       Keep moving…for a body in motion stays in motion

This week he told us to give ourselves permission to be happy and permission to be successful as we are nature’s greatest miracle!  It becomes apparent that the difference between life’s successes or failures is the battle of the minds.  Worry is really fear-based meditation so my focus becomes, ‘ I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me.’    God loves me unconditionally and He loves me on purpose.

Mark J. cheers us on to become the fan of ourselves!  We can do it!!  We are the Champions!!!

I was just innocently reading chapter 16 of Master Keys Master Mind by Haanel when I read about the Laws of Sevens in the preface of the chapter.  It discussed how the Law of Sevens governs the days of the week, the phases of the moon, the harmonies of sound, light, heat, electricity, magnetism, atomic structure. It governs the life of individuals and of nations, and it dominates the activities of the commercial world. The scriptures speak of God being the God of order, truth, and life.   Numbers cannot lie.  History is the revelations of His Story.

Life is growth, and growth is change, each seven year period takes us into a new cycle.

Jubilee = 50th year which is formulated by  7 years X 7 cycles = 49 years  + 1 year of Jubilee = 50 years.

The description of each cycle of 7 years is as follows:

  1. The first 7 years is the period of infancy.
  2. The second 7 years is the period of childhood, representing the beginning of individual responsibility.
  3. The third 7 years is the period of adolescence.
  4. The fourth 7 years marks the attainment of full growth.
  5. The fifth period is the constructive period, where men begin to acquire property, possessions, a home and family.
  6. The sixth period from 35-42, is a period of reactions and changes.
  7. The seventh period is of reconstruction, adjustment and recuperation, so as to be ready for a new cycle of sevens, beginning with the fiftieth year.  Note:  In the Jewish calendar, year 49 and 50 is the time of Jubilee where all debt is forgiven; personal property is given back if put up as collateral; and everything is return as new.  Leviticus 25: 8-28.

My husband has a personal friend, Dr. James Murk, who is an author of a series of prophecy books.  He gets pre-published excerpts of the next book and he just received another one last week.  I  found a blogger who also affirms the topic of Rabbi Judah ben Samuel  in regards to the Prophecy of the 10 Jubilees as referenced in our friend’s book.  It seems 2017 (as predicted back in the 13th century) is a very significant year of Jubilee.

I also looked up the meaning of numbers as related in the Bible.  Many times we all have a favorite number and I thought it would be fun to do a short study on that and this is what I found when I did a search and linked it below.

The Meaning of Numbers in the Bible

Well, I certainly got caught up in the numbers game.  While there is so much more about this topic, I just concentrated briefly on the topic that mattered to me.

This week we understand that being happy and harmonious does not depend upon the possession of things but what is within us which is what we think about.  When we connect emotion with our thoughts it easily overcomes our intellect and becomes the irresistible combination for success.  When we care about our spiritual condition, we attract everything necessary for our complete enjoyment.

This is a re-post of this blog as the original one was hacked and deleted.  Since I didn’t save the first one in Word like I usually do, this blog won’t be word-for-word as the last but the original content will be there.  One thing I won’t do is directly link The Berlin Wall to the site of description on the History website.  Instead I will give you the link here if you would like to check it out.

These past few weeks in Master Keys Master Minds we have been daily building up our index cards with great gratitudes and great experiences.  As I thought way back to my high school years, I remember distinctly and fervently praying for The Berlin Wall to come down.  I prayed for the people behind the wall with the challenges they dealt with being separated from friends and relatives.  I prayed this prayer several times through high school, college, marriage, and 6 kids.  About 20 years later the wall came down…before it was totally dismantled, people could dig through to the other side without getting killed.  I was so happy.

What became extra special about it was one of the first foreign exchange students to come to America became my oldest son’s best friend.  They did everything together.  We included him in all our family functions of camping, skiing, snowmobiling, coon hunting, canoeing, sports, swimming, Scouts, and more.  These activities would have required special permission from the government in East Berlin.  We loved him like he was our own and gave him a German Bible before he left.

Our son still stays in contact with him and was able to visit him and his family in Berlin.

I am so filled with Gratitude for this experience.
